Q. How do I place an order online?
A. Click on the 'My Account' link at the top right of the website. New customers will need to complete the registration process. Existing customers will need to sign in, locate the desired product, then click 'Add to Cart' on the 'Product Details' page which will bring you to the shopping cart. Select your 'Delivery Preference' and checkout.
Q. Do you gift wrap?
A. We do not gift wrap at this time
Q. What payment options can I use when placing an order online?
A. PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX & Discover
Q. Is it safe to use my credit card when ordering from your website?
A. Presents of Grace, L.L.C. processes all payments through PayPal's secure payment system.
Q. How can I check on the status of my order?
A. Once logged in you will be routed to your account information. Click on the “My Orders” button to view your order history. If already logged in, click on the "My Account" link at the top of the page.
Q. Do you ship outside the U.S.A?
A. Not at this time.
Q. Do I have to have a PayPal account to process my payment?
A. No.
Q. Why do you charge for shipping?
A. We charge for shipping to cover our processing and delivery costs.
Q. Do you sell to churches?
A. We are not currently set up to sell to organizations.
Q. Do you offer gift certificates?
A. We are not able sell or redeem gift certificates at this time.
Q. Do you sell products at wholesale?
A. We are a retail store only.
Q. I am not finding a specific product. Can you help?
A. We are always ready to help our customers whether it is locating a product on our website or attempting to track it down from another source.
Q. How can I find a product advertised in your catalog?
A. Simply type the Product Code into the search bar and click on the magnifying glass. If no results appear double check that you entered a 0 [zero] or o [oh] where needed.
Q. How do I get more information on your products?
A. Click on the “Contact Us” link at the bottom of the page. Our phone number is listed for immediate service. You may also fill out the form and submit your question. We will respond within a 12 to 24-hour period. Usually within 3 to 5 hours.
Q. Do you offer an affiliate program?
A. Not at this time.
Q. The Economy delivery preference in my shopping cart disappeared. Why?
A. The Economy delivery preference only applies to media products i.e. books, bibles, DVDs and CDs. If another product type such as wall décor was added to the cart, Economy will no longer be available.
